This is a landscape photo of the bay shot in Chignik Bay, Alaska. Chignik Bay is a small rural village with fewer than 100 residents located in bush Alaska on the Aleutian Islands. The incredibly beautiful yet small village is home to many animals including bears, wolves, foxes, salmon, bald eagles, and many other spectacular animals.
The family dog, Bennet, and my 9 year-old sister Faith Ann play in the grass on a sunny day. Da' Dawg shows his love and affection for Da' Gurl by giving her a little lovin'. Bennett regularly hugs Faith's arms like this, but I'm not sure why exactly.
This fish was caught while I was camping at Arnold Air Force Base in Manchester, Tennessee. The sheathed fillet knife belonged to my mothers father. This is one of the few fish I managed to catch on my short camping trip.
